Meeting with an experienced therapist, as a family, can be a powerful way to improve communication, reach a better understanding of one another and address problems.



What kinds of problems can be addressed through family therapy?

Family sessions can be an important part of therapy for children who are experiencing difficulties. Family therapy can also help when adults are experiencing problems or coping with other challenging issues.  The list below shows some of the types of issues which can be addressed with family therapy:
